PetSnowy Europe Warranty

Each of our products is backed by a comprehensive warranty to ensure your peace of mind during your pet parenting journey. We offer a 1-year standard manufacturer warranty for customers in the UK and a 2-year standard manufacturer warranty for customers within the European Union, in compliance with regional consumer protection laws.

Warranty Coverage

With PetSnowy, you can trust that we will be there for you if any issues arise. From the moment you receive your package, we provide a grace period of 2 year to address any concerns or hiccups you may encounter with your PetSnowy product. If you encounter any problems during this time, we will promptly send you replacement parts free of charge to fix the issue. Additionally, we will cover the shipping costs associated with sending the replacement parts to you.
Replacement Policy

If your issue cannot be easily resolved with replacement parts, we are committed to providing a seamless solution. In such cases, we will replace your litterbox with a brand new one. We will also provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label, which covers the cost of shipping the old litterbox back to us.

Please note that if the components of the product have been disassembled or tampered with, we regretfully cannot offer a replacement.

Limitations

Please be aware that this warranty is exclusively for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies to PetSnowy products purchased from our official website.
