PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders from the EU will usually ship the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, especially during the holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.

Italy: 2-7 business days
France: 2-7 business days
Spain: 2-7 business days
United Kingdom: 2-7 business days
Other EU regions/countries: 3-10 business days
(b) Pre-orders and Back-orders:
All items are currently in stock and available for immediate purchase in the EU. Back-ordered items will be shipped within 30 business days of their restock date.

DELIVERY FEES AND COUNTRIES:
We're thrilled to offer free shipping within Europe for orders over 49€. Shipping fees for other regions will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

SHIPPING TO PO BOXES OR PARCEL STATIONS
We take every step to ensure your purchase arrives in a timely manner. To achieve this, we can only accept physical addresses (no PO boxes or Parcel Station addresses).
MILITARY ADDRESSES
Due to internal procedures and regulations, we are currently unable to ship directly to military addresses.
